About Deecembra

With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry and 9 years as a pilates instructor in Tampa, Deecembra takes a personalized approach to all the classes she offers and will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Deecembra strives to create workouts that are fun and challenging, and tailored to the individual needs and ability level of every client.

With extensive experience in Reformer, Stick and Mat Pilates as well as personal training. Deecembra believes that your workouts should be fun and effective, and targets all her classes to each individual client’s abilities, fitness level, and goals.

Deecembra has experience training both men and women of all ages and fitness levels, and works with all of her clients to get the best possible results. Deecembra’s background in personal training enables her to blend cross-training exercises and routines with pilates methods.

Deecembra is constantly pursuing higher education in the field of pilates and fitness to enhance her training methods and consistently grow as a pilates instructor and personal trainer. Deecembra earned her bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL. She is NASM certified and trained through Balanced Body, and she is a member of the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance).

 
 

About Jen

Meet Tampa Pilates instructor Jen Teter!

Jen was born and raised in Charleston, SC and moved to Tampa to start a new career in the fitness industry. Growing up Jen was always into learning how to be healthy and after participating in just a couple Pilates sessions she realized she had found her calling.

Since then Jen has studied, practiced and taught, and believes that there are always new things to learn. She has worked with a variety of people, varying in age, sex, and capabilities. She has learned to accommodate and adjust workouts to fit every client’s needs and goals. Jen likes to create challenging yet fun exercises and always makes sure her clients are enjoying the workout while feeling the burn.

Jen’s education includes an Associate’s in Broadcasting, a Bachelor’s in Business, Comprehensive certification through Balanced Body, Personal Trainer certification through NASM, and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).
