In order to best accommodate all clients, please note the following:
-If you cannot make it to your class, we require 24 hours for cancellation. Late cancellations will result in a charge for the class or subtraction of the class from your package.
-Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class so the class can start on time. If more than 15 mins late for a class, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge your account. 
*We know emergencies come up and we are flexible depending on the situation.
